All items are inspected thoroughly before dispatch.
Returns and Refunds
Please inspect all items upon receipt. If not completely satisfied please inform us by email within 7 days and return immediately for an exchange or refund.
Providing goods are returned to us unused/unworn, not damaged in anyway within seven days of receiving them we will refund the cost of the items in full - NOT including postal charges.
Delivery
All ponyboots are sent discretely by Australia Post and its courier service. Ponyboots are declared as ‘costume footwear’ and addressed from Ponyboots.com P.O.Box 466 Newtown NSW 2042
Currency
All our charges are in Australian dollars. Your credit card service will convert our charge into your local currency.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard via our online service only. We currently share our merchant facility with Reactor Rubberwear (our parent company) so their name will appear on your statement, ie ‘Reactor Rubberwear
Payment by direct deposit is available but you will need to advise us your order details via email and await instructions.
Cash
For your security, we regret that we cannot accept cash sent through the post as a method of payment. We recommend that if you are without a valid credit card that you contact your bank to arrange a direct deposit in Australian Dollars. Please contact us for bank deposit details.
